BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
Greg LaFleur has been fired from his position as Southern's athletic director. Chancellor Kofi Lomotey has recommended that women's basketball coach Sandy Pugh become the interim athletic director.
LaFleur, 52, was arrested Sunday evening in Houston for solicitation of a prostitute.
LaFleur had been athletic director at Southern for almost six years, taking over for Floyd Kerr in 2005.
