(WMC-TV) - A Shelby County art teacher has been charged with assault more than a month after a student claimed she struck him during class.
Rhonda Test, 53, was arrested and quickly posted bond. Action News 5 first reported the alleged incident at Highland Oaks Middle School.
A 12-year-old student claimed Test pushed his head onto a desk before kicking him in the rear during a confrontation over a busted ink pen.
