BATON ROUGE, La. – Along with LSU's 38-game home schedule, there will be four additional college baseball games played in Alex Box Stadium during the 2012 regular season.
Alcorn State will face Air Force in Alex Box Stadium at 1 p.m. on the opening day of the season – Friday, Feb. 17. That game will be followed by LSU's season opener versus Air Force at 7 p.m.
On Saturday Feb. 18, Alcorn State and Air Force will meet again at 1 p.m. before LSU's 6:30 p.m. game that night versus Alcorn State.
When Michigan and Notre Dame visit Baton Rouge in early March, they will play each other twice in addition to facing LSU during the weekend.
Admission will be free to all games not involving LSU. The stadium will be cleared after each game, and fans will be re-admitted to the LSU games with the proper ticket.
